What Rodion is

Rodion is the platform Alessandro Tofani uses to build and run websites, contact forms, bookings, content and social publishing for himself and for his clients. It is not a public service: access is by invitation, for clients with an ongoing working relationship.

Accounts and access

Each client receives personal credentials, keeps them safe and is responsible for what happens under their access. Access may be suspended for misuse or when the working relationship ends.

Acceptable use

Rodion is for managing your own content and channels. It must not be used to send unsolicited communications, to publish unlawful content or content that infringes others' rights, or to interfere with the platform.

Connected social channels

A client may connect their own social accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok) through each platform's official authorisation. Rodion uses that authorisation only for actions the client asks for: publishing what they wrote, reading the statistics of their own content, deleting what they published. It never publishes on its own initiative. The authorisation can be revoked at any time, from the Rodion panel or from the social platform's settings, and the access data is deleted (see Data deletion).

Content

Content remains the client's. The client warrants they hold the rights to what they upload and publish. Alessandro Tofani is not responsible for what social platforms do with content once published.

Availability and liability

Rodion is maintained with care but without a guarantee of continuity: updates, outages and changes on third-party platforms may interrupt or limit it. Liability for damages is limited as provided by law and, in any case, to the fees paid for the service in the period concerned.

Changes and governing law

These terms may change; the version in force is the one published here with its update date. Italian law applies; the courts of Pisa have jurisdiction, save for mandatory provisions.
